These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to the use of the 44bet platform and all its services. By registering an account on 44bet, accessing the platform, or using any of its services, you agree to these Terms.

These Terms form a legally binding agreement between you and 44bet. If you disagree with any part of these Terms, please refrain from using our platform.

Each person may operate only one account. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in forfeiture of all bonuses and closure of the account.

4.1 Deposit Terms

The minimum deposit amount at 44bet is ৳200 (two hundred taka). This minimum limit applies to every payment method. Accepted payment methods:

• Bank transfer (Dutch-Bangla Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and other major Bangladeshi banks)

Deposits may only be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party accounts will not be accepted and may result in account suspension.

4.2 Withdrawal Terms

The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 (five hundred taka). Withdrawal requests are generally processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Funds must be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit.

5.1 Welcome Bonus

New members receive a 150% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳10,000. For example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,500 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,500.

5.2 Wagering Requirements

A 25x wagering requirement applies to every bonus. The wagering requirement is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit amount. Example: ৳1,500 bonus × 25 = ৳37,500 must be wagered before the bonus can be withdrawn.

5.3 General Bonus Terms

• Only one account per household or per device may claim the welcome bonus.
• Withdrawals will not be fully processed if the bonus funds have not been wagered.
• 44bet reserves the right to cancel a bonus if its conditions are not met.
• 44bet reserves the right to change or withdraw promotional offers at any time.

44bet has four VIP tiers. Weekly cashback is awarded at each tier:

• Bronze: Up to 0.2% weekly cashback.
• Silver: Up to 0.5% weekly cashback.
• Gold: Up to 0.8% weekly cashback.
• Platinum: Up to 1.0% weekly cashback.

You can move up to higher tiers by playing regularly. 44bet reserves the right to change the cashback benefits and VIP tier conditions.

7.1 General Betting Rules

Once a bet has been placed and processed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. 44bet reserves the right to void any bet or correct any result if a technical error or data discrepancy is detected, in order to ensure fair play.

7.2 Sports Betting

For sports betting, if an event is not completed normally or is cancelled, 44bet will settle bets according to the applicable rules. In an example match such as Bangladesh vs India, bets can be placed across various markets; detailed rules will be stated alongside each market.

7.3 Casino Games

Casino games (slots, live casino, fishing games, etc.) are powered by Random Number Generator (RNG) technology. Information about the RTP (Return to Player) and volatility of all games is available from each game provider's own guidelines.

The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in account closure and forfeiture of funds:

• Operating multiple accounts.
• Providing false or fraudulent information.
• Abusing bonuses or attempting to circumvent bonus terms.
• Using the platform for money laundering.
• Using software, bots, or automation tools to gain an unfair advantage.
• Intentionally exploiting technical errors on the platform.
• Harassing or misconducitng towards other members.

If suspicious activity is detected, 44bet may temporarily suspend the account during an investigation. If the violation is confirmed, the account may be permanently closed and associated funds forfeited.
